Extremely willing to help and do whatever we needed for us. Mercedes and her sales manager were great! My Aunt HAD to have a RED Kia Rio and the only one in Ohio was 200 miles away in Dayton. They brought it Mercedes and her sales manager were great! My Aunt HAD to have a RED Kia Rio and the only one in Ohio was 200 miles away in Dayton. They brought it up to Spitzer Kia with no issues or problems 2 days earlier than they said. My Aunt was hesitant about driving the vehicle Home during a rainy rush hour but Mercedes drove the new car home with my Aunt in it and got a ride back to the dealership from another employee! Cmon who does that? Great fun experience!! More
