I met with Mercedes and she was amazing! She met me at the door, helped me with my kids. She took the time to ask about my concerns and why I wanted to seek other options. After telling her what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for my lease, she was able to get me a better car at the right price. They also gave me the price I was seeking for my trade which was great. The entire team I worked with after that were amazing and talked me through every step! I'd narrowed my search online to 2 hatchbacks and Spitzer had a low mileage AWD Subaru Impressa advertised 2 hrs from home. I texted re availability and set up an appt for later that day. George called and confirmed the time I'd arrive. He was waiting for me with the keys and we went for a test drive. He answered all my questions (I can be a pain about details) and we met with the finance person re. fees and taxes. No awkward waiting for George to meet with his manager. No negotiations. The online price was within Kelly Bluebook's fair market price, and that was acceptable to me. I made a deposit and returned 2 days later to pick up the car. Very efficient, pleasant way to do business! Bish (in photo) is another happy Subaru dog! He says "Ask for George!!" :0) More
