I came into spitzer kia and luis was a nice man but he ultimately lied to me or he didn't understand what was happening. I traded in a previous lease before it expired and I started a new lease all in on ultimately lied to me or he didn't understand what was happening. I was told that I was actually getting money back from trading in my lease by the finance manager and luis told me going over the miles slightly makes NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL because im trading the car in. I just got a bill for $772 from Kia. I think the finance guy is Anthony. He lied to my face as well. More

I recently purchased a vehicle while working with Larry as my sales consultant after having a not so great experience somewhere else and the difference was night and day.
