Zakiyyah was very professional and patient when it came to us. She made sure we had refreshments through our time there. I had special needs due to bad credit, he took his time with us, explained everything in detail. I was amazed and shocked when we were offered a 2016 model that actually fit our budget. The finance department explained everything and were very nice also. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. They have a great selection of cars and all appeared to be in good shape. I was hesitant to go to a real dealership, thinking there was no way I would get a car. I was thinking I would have to go to a buy here,pay here dealer, getting a much older car that didn't have the warranties and coverage that I received here. As for Rich, if and when I need another car I will definitely go see him, what a nice and friendly man that made my buying experience a great one. More
