I bought my car there almost a year ago sales person was very nice and so was the financial advisor, they helped me secure a preowned vehicle I so desperately needed. I go the service dept for my routine oi very nice and so was the financial advisor, they helped me secure a preowned vehicle I so desperately needed. I go the service dept for my routine oil changes. I did have a disappoint with my last visit but all my concerns and disappointments were taken care of by Jacob Harrison. Due to a lapse in the moment customer service with my vehicle and a battery installation. I received a full refund that day. I was told not to worry and was continuously apologized to. I'm happy to say I would return to spitzer because they do care about their customers. Also melissa Myers was another great service advisor very respectful and helpful. More
