Staff was actually kind of rude through out the process from when I pulled in the garage and no one was there for several minutes, to having the one worker at desk be rude when explaining tires to me. I mentioned I was returning my vehicle at end of lease and he explained all about these tires I will need, though it will pass inspection, an when I said, as long as it passes, I’ll wait on purchasing new tires since I’m turning this vehicle in. And he said, “why didn’t you just say that instead of me telling you all about the tires.” And I replied, “well, I didn’t realize you were going to? And I did mention it prior.”Also, while checking out, when I had to pay and sign my paper, the woman behind the window literally tossed the papers at me and said “sign this” and when I asked where, she looked at me and goes “at the bottom”. The only professional person there was the one manager, I think her name was Ciara? I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. I historically went to Greensburg but thought I’d go here because it’s much closer to where I live, but not after this experience. The customer service at Greensburg is excellent and worth the 45 minute drive. I have 2 family members that also have Toyotas and they stated they won’t be going to this location either now. More
