The best car buying experience I could hope for, especially in a very hot market. The owner emails back very quickly and the General Manager Paul, as well as sales folks Connor and Aaron were profes especially in a very hot market. I found the car online, they sent me videos and pictures as I requested, negotiated the deal over the phone and via electronic communication, and they picked me up from the Orlando airport when I flew in to purchase my pre-owned truck. If you’re looking to buy a car in the central Florida area or if you have found the car you want that they have in stock, I recommend doing business with Sport Mazda North, without reservation. More

Zee understood right away the direction I was wanting to go in purchasing a new 2021 CX-5. All my needs were met by Zee and everyone else who worked on this transaction. Sport Mazda North was very disappointing. What is advertised on their website was not what I received as a customer. Sales was fine up until we purchase the car and on the third day the vehicle showe advertised on their website was not what I received as a customer. Sales was fine up until we purchase the car and on the third day the vehicle showed a check engine light on the car. We drove to sport Mazda to see if the service department can have it checked and they state that because the check engine light was not on at the time there was nothing we can do. My husband asked what was the return policy and the salesman informed him the car is sold “AS IS”. We had to go to Auto Zone and Honda Auto Nation and they pulled up that the car will need a break booster costing $1300, and it will take a year due to the shortage due to pandemic. I reached out to Wells Fargo and reached out again to Mazda and finally I was able to speak to the manager Mark and Scott, which seem clueless of what was going on with my situation, since staff don’t really do the great customer service of calling anyone back or making them feel hopeful that this situation will be fixed. Finally it was resolved after I experience frustration and emotional and anxiety. This was not a great experience, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
