My experience at Sport Mazda was very pleasant. I came in to service my old Mazda and decided to take a look around the lot at some newer models. I went to Sport Mazda to test drive a car I had seen online. I had talked to the guy in charge of the Internet inquires, Ed, I think is his name. Linco is an excellent sales person, very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any pressure from him and that was awesome because I had been around already shopping for a car and I had dealt with so many pushy sales people! I ended buying another car for a good price. Dan gave me the price I wanted for my trade in and got a good interest rate for me. I was pre-approved for a loan, but decided to finance with one of the banks that work with Sport Mazda. Woody Rader, the finance manager, was awesome too. He is very customer service oriented, very polite and helpful. I have bought several other cars in the past, at other different places and I have to say that Woody has been the best finance person and Linco the best sales person I have dealt with! A few days after I bought the car Dan called me to let me know that he had gotten a second key for my car, so I went to pick it up. (Thanks Dan) I love my new car...Well...New to me anyhow :) Just two suggestions: Try to be more friendly when people walk in the premises...You never know who is the one who is going to walk out driving a new car...And make sure the cars have enough gas when a potential buyer is going to test drive one of them! Buying a car is always a stressful experience. I thank everyone at Sport Mazda who helped to make that experience easier to me. More
