Went there to purchase a new vehicle and so far am very happy with it the Mazda 3 is suposed to be the top car in it's class this year and so far I am very happy with the vehicle. My search for a Mazda 5 began on the internet where I encountered Victor Ortiz who responded to my e-mails quickly and efficiently. From there I was in touch with Barby by phone and then eventually in person when I decided that the deal they had on my Mazda 5 was just to good to pass up. From the time that I met Barby until the deal was done, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a used 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer for $10K. It had over 110, 000 miles at the time so it did not come with warrantee. I noticed almost immediately after leaving the lot that the brakes were bad. I supposedly had 30 days to report everything wrong. The CD player didn't work. They agreed but wouldn't fix or repair it. Innumerable objects were found later that were in need of repair. They refused to fix any of it because the car had over 100,000. They didn't mind selling me the car with all the things wrong with it, though. They clearly decided not to fix anything else--unless I was willing to pay their full service price. They only fixed the brakes because an accident might bring a law suit against them. The did not care about anything else. I overpaid for a car with a lot of miles on it. Although I expect parts to wear out over time, I didn't think any dealership would sell something they knew was bad and refuse to fix it. Caveat emptor! That is fair warning. It ESPECIALLY applies to Don Mealey Mazda in Orlando, FL. More
