I bought a work truck a year ago and the dealership insisted in sale it with an insurance contract. So, the transmission needs to be repare now and the insurance they sold me it doesn't apply to my tru insisted in sale it with an insurance contract. So, the transmission needs to be repare now and the insurance they sold me it doesn't apply to my truck, I have to repair it out of my pocket. The worse part of my situation is I have to beging to them to cancel that contract. I called to the financial services and they told me the dealership doesn't sent the paperwork with the restitution of the money so that means the cancelation is not done yet even when they say it was done. So I'm still paying for a service I can't get. So dissatisfied. More

Keryon was great. I was, however, not that impressed with the dealership as a whole. I began the purchase process in evening but had to wait until next morning to complete because the car needed PDI. I had to wait for an extended time to complete purchase while buyers that came in that morning went ahead of me. Keryon eventually moved my file to a different financial advisor to expedite process.
