I have always believed that service, since customers don't often get to see the actual repairs being made, that they form their opinions on facilities, amenities and especially staff. I think the new Sport Mazda facilities are premium quality and, for me, reflect my belief that our customers should have a comfortable and pleasant place to rest while awaiting their car. Amenities like the Starbucks coffee, a great snack selection and cold bottled water, all complimentary for our customers is a nice addition. And, plenty of free access to the Internet and Wireless connections are available, including charging plugs. Then there is the staff. As you mentioned, Ellie Diaz is the best, and more genuinely friendly Service Advisor, or personality, you will never find. She does make every customer feel like family and friends day at Sport Mazda. I appreciate the wonderful review and rating and please know that you are a very valuable customer to us.
