The best service and atmosphere you could ever ask for I’d like to start by saying this place is stunning, what a beautiful dealership. When you walk in everything is open and bright. You are greeted immediately with welcoming and open gestures making you immediately feel valued and appreciated for even stepping foot inside. Natalie has always been my advisor and I absolutely love her. She’s very professional and makes me feel valued as a customer like no other business has. I recently went in for service and basically there is a checklist technicians will go through in order to make sure your car is safe and ready to go, Natalie frequently updates me as my car goes through this checklist and let’s me know if the technician suggests to replace a part or simply to let me know all is well. As you wait, you’ll have a few couches to lounge, a bar to sit at Incase you have important business or browsing to do on your computer, and multiple tables with chargers for your phones to sit and relax as well, also free WiFi. There is a Starbucks coffee machine with sugar and creamer, water and various snacks to choose from. Once my car was done, Natalie comes and tells me I’m all set and walks me out the door. I opted for the complimentary car wash, this will add a few extra minutes to your stay, but what a fantastic option. My car was handled with care and everything was serviced properly. It’s all in the details, and this dealership gets that through your entire stay, to the moment you walk in to the moment you have to say goodbye. What a fantastic establishment to do business with. Nick and others on the service team went above and beyond expectations. Our 2007 vehicle had a loud friction noise that we needed to have checked out. Nick got us in to drop off vehicle and found a simple fix instead of a new drive shaft saving us money. Check engine light came on as I was driving to drop it off so they looked at that too and found a stuck thermostat and also noticed warn belts. All was fixed efficiently and with a focus on getting the vehicle back on the road. I can trust the service advisors and the mechanics with my new and used vehicles. More
