Classic Bait and Switch I don't like wasting time at dealerships, the whole thing drives me crazy. So I wanted to work out a deal through email and phone calls. I was presented the deal within the range I wanted, I called and placed a deposit over the phone and said I would be in the next day to pick up the car. I arrive the next day and to my surprise the monthly payment jumped almost $75 dollars! Apparently when they send you a quote it is just the base monthly price, doesn't include taxes or tag and isn't based on any credit rating, just numbers they make up to get you in the door! So I basically wasted 3 hours, the drive there, waiting for a quote, haggling (which I despise!) and the drive home. And to top it off I am getting the run around about getting my deposit back! Going to another dealership, recommend you do too. More

Then we called to set an appt. with Earnest and found out thru Pedro Blanco on the phone that Earnest had an emergency in the family and had to leave town. Pedro was super nice and offered to help us in any way he could; but he did not give us the impression that he was trying to steal Earnest's possible sale. Being very professional , we decided to go meet with Pedro and he helped us test drive a Red Mazda SUV and again with the Mazda 6 GTR. Pedro was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. Soon we were in the process of buying a NEW CAR; a 2018 Red Mazda 6 GTR. Everyone was very friendly including Andy who helped us sign tons of papers and Cody who helped us contact our Insurance company to switch everything over. A sweet gal named Michelle helped us thru the learning curve on the Infotainment screen and all the new buttons and gadgets on the Mazda. The only drawback was that we were there for 5 hours! They need to work on that if possible. It's all good though, thanks everyone! More

Good Experience In my experience, the sales person who helped us, Barby, was upfront and honest. I felt like I was calling and emailing without the answers as quickly as I had wanted them - but once they realized I was upset about this they got back on the phone and email with me. Once I chose my car, Barby made it easy for us to close the deal and was super meticulous about checking the car out and making sure it looked perfect. Juan and Barby located a car for me and had it brought to the dealership. Michelle then took us through what the car's features were, and that was very helpful. We've purchased 2 Mazdas within a few months from Barby and Juan. After we agreed on a price (over phone and email) we went to the dealership. We were there for over 2.5 hours doing financing and all the paperwork. The Finance employee was good, but because we were tired, numbers seemed to be flying at us and not as clear as I would have liked. I'd suggest getting the numbers all done and transparent at the beginning of the process. I was probably just tired though. More

I contacted Mike again in July and he was more than happy to schedule an appointment with me to go over my options. I ended up with a great deal on a beautiful CX-5 Grand Touring! This dealership is all about the customer and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
