Needless to say, she was nervous walking back into a dealership. Upon arriving, she was so pleased that no one rushed out to meet us. The entire staff allowed us to take our time coming inside to speak with someone. Mark was the first person we spoke to, and she was blown away with how laid back and easy to talk to he was. During the middle of our process, my wife explained how at peace she felt. So glad we traveled 30 minutes to visit this dealership and have the experience we had with Mark. More

When she presented me with the bill I was shocked!! $45.45 LABOR COST and $23.09 LABOR COST on changing the cabin filter???Of course they couldn't find anything wrong with the tires deflating very 3-4 days.just. refered me to the tire manifactor... $68.45 Labor cost on oil change and filter replacement?!?! After the very bad experience I had when I bought the car there and now this I will not go back nor recommend this dealership! More
