Julio, I wish that I could make the buying experience of every single person who visited my dealership enjoyable and successful. It is our goal and we practice a lot to make it happen. While we can agree with a customer to terms on a vehicle and try our best on their behalf, we are not always the approval authority as to whether they can leave with the car or not.
