I was initially scheduled to have Todd as my salesperson, but he was busy with another customer so he came over, greeted me and explained that Ernest would be taking care of me. Ernest is very personable and didn't try to sell me on a car, he asked me what I was looking for and we went from there. There was no pressure to get a deal done and everything was 100% professional. He gave me all my options and once I agreed to one, the paperwork was done extremely quickly(I've sat in dealerships for 6 hours in the past!) and I was on the road in a few hours. When it's time to trade this Mazda in, I know where I'll go first! More
