Genuinely friendly and caring is important but making sure that the customer has all the information they need to make a car buying decision. It really is simple what we do. Yomo, Please accept my sincerest apologies. This is absolutely something that should never have taken place at Sport Mazda. I would be wondering if I were you how could we not know whether we had the car on our lot or not, at least sometime in the 6 hours we were working on selling it. No excuses, we messed up. I will be working with my management team to see where the communications failed in the process. And, I promise you that it is something I never want to see repeated at this dealership.
