I am honestly very happy that Stephen Mendez and the service team were able to make it right for you. Nothing is more annoying than to have your just purchased car, a "certified" vehicle no less, have a major transmission failure. It is not something we would wish on anyone. I am grateful that Stephen made sure you had a loaner car and had it cleared for a replacement transmission that day. We thought everyone should get a chance to see what happens, so we put in the service bay camera. Glad you mentioned it. I think communications is very important in service, which is why Stephen made sure to check in and update you often.
