Service from the heart I have been considering replacing my 2000 Mazda Miata since Sept 2011; I visited few dealers in my local area and vicinity (North Florida); I test dro I have been considering replacing my 2000 Mazda Miata since Sept 2011; I visited few dealers in my local area and vicinity (North Florida); I test drove a 2015 model; but the sale personnel did not seem to be customer friendly. Most recent in Nov and Dec 2016 I even got as far as getting a potential contract, but I did not feel connected or cared for by the sale personnel. I recently relocated to the Orlando area, and while walking north along the Orange Blossom Blvd I noticed a Mazda Dealer; I just saw it from the side walk and felt a little disappointed, because the location surroundings. But 2 days later while driving south, I noticed the Sport Mazda; the next day I stopped by. I instantly felt there was a "force on attraction" working on their behalf; the minute I walked in, I felt welcome and embraced by warm smiles and greeting. My sale representative, Mike Losardo, stood out. He showed professionalism, and a natural disposition of "customer friendly":he listen, he offer guidance and by Friday he has delivered the product.
