Odd and weird We had done some research and were prepared to buy our car. Earnest was nice and a pleasant salesperson. We selected and test drove our car, noting We had done some research and were prepared to buy our car. Earnest was nice and a pleasant salesperson. We selected and test drove our car, noting that it had all the features we wanted. Purchased it and drove it home - about 40 miles from the dealership. Started going over all of the features and decided to locate the key for the wheel locks. When we looked at the car during the test drive, they were there. When we got home, they were gone. Sometime between the test drive and home, the wheel locks disappeared. Why would you risk irritating and alienating a customer for $55 part. Which is pretty trivial when compared to the price of the vehicle. We rechecked the invoice. It included the wheel locks. Immediately called and Earnest said he would handle it. So he sent them FED-EX, which required a signature. We work full time and can not be home to accept the package. Why should we take time off of work to accept a factory installed item that they removed? Love the car, but the dealership is disappointing! Still no wheel locks. Probably will never receive them. Someone at the dealership decided to do something underhanded to save $42 wholesale. I hope other customers don't have an experience like this. #mazdausa More
