I am sure your made their day for Maia Bojinova and the rest of the Sales and Finance team and I know this was really a team effort. Superman, Although Super they are not, both Alex Stinvil and Rey Almonte sure can make it seem like that for our customers. I have some really friendly and caring staff, like Mark Cappetta. He is actually fun to buy a car from. Great personality and always ready to jump when you need something. He also does a couple of things we really prize here. He LISTENS to his customer, every time they speak, and then, he does everything he can do to GET WHAT THEY WANT (not what we want, what the customer wants). The one thing that is for sure is that these guys hustled to make sure you got everything you needed and were well taken care of, both you and your car. I was really surprised at the last part of your review but for the life of me can see only a very little part that we played.
