Great Service Team! Ive been to many dealerships and None have even come close to an excellent service team! Great teamwork! I owned a 2016 CX3 that I wanted to trade in for something a bit larger. I went to my local Mazda dealer and was quickly told they couldn’t help me. I owned a 2016 CX3 that I wanted to trade in for something a bit larger. I went to my local Mazda dealer and was quickly told they couldn’t help me. I was told my car was too upside down, they didn’t even give me any options just shut me down. Feeling a bit dejected I sulked for a few days then decided to head to Orlando. Walking into the dealership I was met by Brian San Pedro who quickly put me at ease. Very quickly he and Brian T crunched figures and gave me options. It actually ended up taking longer for me to pick a color of my new Mazda 6 than ok the terms. I signed my loan documents with Andy R who was very patient and knowledgeable. He reviewed all of the terms set and answered all of my questions. This was not the normal traumatic experience I am use to….they removed all of the stress and made it very easy. If you looking for a Mazda do yourself a favor and go to Sport Mazda. Ask for Brian San Pedro you’ll be in good hands! More

I went to the dealership unexpectedly and was helped by a knowledgeable sa My experience began online by making an inquiry about a lease on a Mazda 6. I went to the dealership unexpectedly and was helped by a knowledgeable sales person. He explained that my sales person had left for the evening . I ended up leasing a Mazda 6. Here is where the story gets much more interesting. I drove the car for 2 days and did NOT like it ... At all. I went in the dealership to finish the “quality “ close of the sale where the sales consultant would give be my warranty information , second key, and familiarize me with the car. It was then I finally met my actual sales consultant Todd Williams. He was cordial and professional. Even though he was not expecting me at that time . He nevertheless showed a sense of urgency and responsibility to complete the process. He began the conversation by asking me if I liked the car. I admitted that I did not . After Todd asked A series of questions , We determined that I wanted features found on the touring model. He brought a sales mgr to explain my options . Sport Mazda has a 3’day exchange policy so. With Todd’s help I was able to find a 6 that i I REALLY LIKED. When I explained that I had a family event to attend , Todd expedited the new sale and personally walked My paperwork thru the process. Thanks to Todd. I got out of A vehicle that I didn’t like and into one that I REALLY ENJOY DRIVING. I even made it to my family event on time. Everyone should go see Todd at Sport Mazda More
