Kerwin Larocque is the salesman who has sold me all four cars. In every case, Kerwin has consistently been very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Kerwin's attention to details, knowledge of the automobiles he sells and emphasis on customer satisfaction is outstanding. Kerwin always goes the extra mile to make each sales experience a pleasant one as does the entire Sport Mazda staff. Sport Mazda is 35 miles from my home. A new Mazda dealership recently opened only a few miles from my house. I would not think of going anywhere but Sport Mazda for my automobiles. More

There cars already have a large discount incorporated but Brandon (sales associate) and Jason (manager) went above and beyond finding me extra deals, rebates, and more to get the price of the car down to a number that I liked. Brandon Moya was especially helpful in answering every question I had, bringing all the cars forward that I wanted to see (and I wanted to see a lot of cars), he was extremely helpful, patient, courteous, and great to work with! Not only did he help me get the car I wanted, he ensured that the buying process went as fast as possible so we did not have to spend any unnecessary time at the dealership. Finally got home Buying a car should be an easy process. The experience today was not the case. First off manual transmissions need to be on every lot for every model Buying a car should be an easy process. The experience today was not the case. First off manual transmissions need to be on every lot for every model that is available. Second, when you tell the dealer "this is what i can do", they shouldn't twist your arm and haggle you for more than you can pay. It makes purchasing a vehicle extremely unpleasant, never wanting to step foot in a dealership again, and never will with Mazda Sport Orlando. I know this review will not reach anybody important not give me any satisfaction on my purchasing experience, but hopefully will prevent other on having a negative experience. Once you reach the financing department, the deal you made with the salesman is non existence. Did not even have my trade in value that was previously discussed nor the correct date of the first months payment date that was told by the salesman. Not sure if its communication or the satisfaction of the dealer received from haggling. If you go in with something in mind at a price you know you can afford, they shouldn't continuously try to sell you something you cant afford. I went in with my own financing that i was happy with, but he still pushed the warranty he believed was better for him even after saying no multiple times. With that said the cx 5 is a nice suv. Thank you Mazda, but not the finance department. More
