Brought my car in on 1/5/24 because my car wouldn't start/only started after jump-start. AutoZone test said my battery was fine but alternator was bad. Anyway, Paul Claflin got my car diagnosed and determined that battery was bad and alternator was OK! Replaced my battery with a new one and then checked alternator again with new battery to ensure alternator OK as-is. Went in at 9am and was out of there by 12pm. No charge since my car still under 3yr/32Kmi warranty. Thanks Paul Claflin! More

Service today was efficient, though I can't say it was especially friendly. When I arrived for my appointment, there were many behind front desks who completely ignored me (like in the Post Office) and I stood there like a lemon, an invisible lemon! Not what I expected (I have been used to Mercedes showrooms treatment before, though I didn't expect that here). However after about 10 minutes, once I was acknowledged, and placed into the queue, everything worked good enough. During the wait, I got a video of the entire service which is a nice touch, and very helpful (though I didn't understand half of what the technician actually said, because he was speaking incredibly fast), and they washed the car. Overall, I'll look forward to the next service (with reasonable expectations) More
I have been a customer of Sport Mazda Orlando for 8+ years and have purchased/leased 4 vehicles from them. My recent scheduled oil change & tire rotation service was very good, as usual. During their standard and thorough systemwide checks of my vehicle, however, the technician had replaced the cabin filter (@$91) without my approval. Review of the tech video showed the existing cabin filter to be only slightly dirty. After all, my car is only a year old with less than 9,000 miles on the odometer. When I brought my observation to the attention of my service manager he apologized, had the new cabin filter removed and replaced it with my original one. He also deleted the $91 filter charge from my invoice and said changing the cabin filter was only a recommendation. I understand that such things happen and I have no issue with it. I only mention this as a service note. Overall, I am very happy with the service at Sport Mazda of Orlando. More
Arrived one hour and a half before my appointment time and they took my car right in. Service was done quickly and they even loaded my husband’s wheelchair for me. The service department is horrible. Last several times I have been there we have had to wait an extended amount of time for a simple oil change; Had an appointment to come back to have Last several times I have been there we have had to wait an extended amount of time for a simple oil change; Had an appointment to come back to have a part put in after it was ordered and the car sat in the drive way for 40 minutes before taking it back and then it took an additional two hours to replace it. I used to love their service department but will not be back. More
