We purchased our CX5 at Sport Mazda and have now had it serviced (routine) there twice. My 5 star rating reflects my opinion from start to our latest encounter today. Today we had the 10,000 mile mainten serviced (routine) there twice. My 5 star rating reflects my opinion from start to our latest encounter today. Today we had the 10,000 mile maintenance completed and: setting up the appointment via a phone call was a snap, Gustavo, our assigned service associate, greeted us warmly, explained what would take place and the time frame, kept us informed of the progress, notified us when it was finished and escorted me to where the vehicle was parked. The video we received from the mechanic, JC, working on our car was well done, informative and complete. Finally, the cost came in $31 under the estimate. More

Service consultant Gustavo Ramirez was friendly and very knowledgeable. This dealership sends you videos of the work that needs to be done but also sends a video of the parts replaced. Other Mazda location knowledgeable. This dealership sends you videos of the work that needs to be done but also sends a video of the parts replaced.
