He is a polished professional that is focused on Outstanding Service for everyone. This is why many of the Customers travel from outside their area to this dealership. Beware, sketchy dealership. I bought a 2023 Mazda 3 last year. Problem number 1, finance department weren’t clear about the extended warranty, they promised free maintenance inc I bought a 2023 Mazda 3 last year. Problem number 1, finance department weren’t clear about the extended warranty, they promised free maintenance included with the car and then basically just said “sign here” and boom, price went from 25k to 29k because of the extended warranty. Problem number 2, I’ve taken my car 3 different times in 7k miles for a stupid amount of rattles, they make me take a technician for a test ride, they hear them and keep the car for days at a time just to say “management wasn’t able to reproduce sound” and do absolutely nothing. Problem 3, I took the car for its first oil change at 6k ish miles, after that, the car started leaking oil, today the said the stupidest thing in the world “ohh, looks like someone tried to loose your oil filter, it’s got mark and everything but it wasn’t us”. Like, what? Of course it was them. So tired of having to deal with them, I love Mazda, but this dealership is just crap. I’ve owned many Mazdas in the past and never had to deal with this kind of problems. If you can, avoid them. More

The entire purchase was easy and fast. The sales manger met us and assigned Luis to be our sale person. We test drove the vehicle and was shown all the details of the vehicle. Met with finance got a great loan rate. Upon delivery of the car all extras on the car were installed. car was spotless and full of gas. More

Consistently Above and Beyond over the top Customer Service. What an Outstanding Culture there is at Sport Mazda with everyone working together to provide an excellent experience. We needed a new batte Service. What an Outstanding Culture there is at Sport Mazda with everyone working together to provide an excellent experience. We needed a new battery ASAP and was able to be accommodated that same day. Our Service Advisor SASHA SOLA was incredible and kept us up to date on the progress. We also learned about some other concerns that needed addressing with the Full Circle Inspection that we never would have known about unit they became worse. What a great Service. BOB SURANOVICH is another GEM that makes certain all the customers are being treated with respect. It is always amazing that every time we are there to have our Vehicle serviced, they consistently deliver the same quality experience. We wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Thank You Jay for all you do to maintain this level of Service. It doesn't happen by accident! More
