Brought my car in for Service on 11/11 for an 11:00 appointment. Ended up being a tad bit early but they still helped me the moment I got there! Long after I bought my car at Sport Mazda, I still receive the same great service that I have come to really appreciate. Getting ready for a long trip this week, I made sure that my 2016 Mazda CX-5 wa receive the same great service that I have come to really appreciate. Getting ready for a long trip this week, I made sure that my 2016 Mazda CX-5 was in top shape and ready to take me and my family safely there and back. As always, I depended on Nick Radoslavov, a fantastic Service Advisor, to provide his always great service. He found a problem with my rear brakes, called and explained what the tech found and what he recommended. I trust him and thanked him for making sure we would be safe on those brakes since I had already told him about the trip. He also reminded me about my tires that he had noted in my last service to watch. They had a great deal for great replacements, buy 3 and get one free, so I went for it and had them all replaced. With my CX5 running great and everything working safely, I feel so much better knowing that we will be enjoying our trip without worrying. I am always treated well, with respect and caring, and I know that I would not let anyone but Nick and the Sport Mazda team service my car. Trust means everything to me. Thank you Nick, thank you technicians, and thank all of the wonderfully kind and caring Sport Mazda staff. More
