I thought the entire buying experience was great overall. This was my first time buying a car so obviously my apprehensions were a little high but the moment I got there it was clear sailing. Positives: Our Sales Associate Hector Lopez was fantastic to work with. Very honest and upfront costs all around. Very little pressure to buy. No hidden costs - literally what they show you is what you will pay. The place to buy was very clean and run efficiently. Offered us coffee and drinks while we waited. They have no hesitation to let you try everything out before you buy. Negatives I would say honestly there wasn't much. The only thing I would offer is someone like my wife and I who have never bought a car - especially in 14 years - maybe recognize the fact that the cars we had are nowhere near the technology level that this new car is so be sure to show all the features the new car has while test driving it just so we know what is available to us. We didn't find out a lot of the features until after we bought the car. I find that to be really minor though. Overall The car we bought is absolutely incredible and we are so happy we went with it.
