Then we moved inside to meet the manager Ted Pappas. He greeted us with hand shakes and an introduction. Then we were introduced to the finance guy, Gil Amir. We appreciated his upfront and honest finance options they offered. it was a pleasure working with this team! More
Our sales person Bobby Green was exceptional! He made sure I had every thing I needed before we left the lot. He took the time to set up and register me for the car. There were a few hiccups with the application as old information transferred to my application but Bobby got it straightened out! Bobby also followed up to make sure I love the car. StarLink stopped working After numerous calls to StaarLink telling us it was working on their end, they told we had to take it our the dealership. After having our Outback for After numerous calls to StaarLink telling us it was working on their end, they told we had to take it our the dealership. After having our Outback for 4 days, the dealership said they couldn't fix it, that it had to be on StarLinks end. And even though StarLink told us that they would personally fly someone to our house if the dealership couldn't fix it, that (didn't happen. Finally StarLink and our dealership finally worked together to get us the part needed to finally get the job done. Bottom line, StarLink sent the dealership the required part needed. The dealership had our car fixed in one day and StarLing working again. The dealership gave us our first tune-up free and StarLink sent us a Subaru umbrella and ice chest for all the back and forth we went through before it was finally fixed. We were very pleased the outcome and the attention provided us as a valued customer. . More

I was treated very well from start to finish from the salesman to the finance specialist Alex, and all the way to the service department. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted on my terms and everyone made me feel very comfortable and excited to be purchasing a Subaru. I would easily recommend this particular dealership as they understand what it means to keep their customers happy and serve their customers best interest.
