Refreshing Experience As a young woman, I was refreshed by my experience at Don Mealy Sport Subaru. From the moment I met Bob in sales, to eventually dealing with Ted & Liz, I felt respected and taken seriously. I wish I could say the same about many other places I'd visited, but those visits were frustrating due to either the patronizing attitude of many of the sales people, or the laser focus on my husband with the assumption that it would be him that would ultimately make the decision. This may sound like minor detail, but for me it meant a lot and made me want to buy from this dealership, even before I was sure of what I even wanted to purchase. I ended up buying a new Subaru, which I'm very happy about, and honestly feel that I was given a great deal, without any haggling. Of course, I did my homework, knew what I wanted and had true discussion with Bob & Ted, but the point is, is that transparency seemed to be a core value and the lack of games helped me trust them. I have never left a review for a dealership or service provider before, but honestly believe my positive experience was worth the time it took me to write this. More
