It was largely a positive experience tha I was asked to write about my experience with Don Mealey Sport Subaru having bought a 2017 Impreza last week. It was largely a positive experience thanks to Jovanny. We spend a little under a week working out the details via phone and in person trying to find the best deal and car for my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your next car buying journey. He even gave me his contact information so he could teach me about the car if I had any questions driving off the lot. Finalizing the deal I had to work with Jonathan Frisby who handled the backend part of the process. He was friendly enough, but did get quite pushy trying to upsell the extended warranty. I ultimately declined his offers, but throughout the process he would make snide remarks and character assassinations which I didn't appreciate. However, I understand that it's his job to sell the extras having worked in a retail environment before. So going in, I knew there was going to be pressure, but Mr. Frisby took it too far. Overall it was positive experience with a few caveats, but they were as expected. Jovanny was wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and see him for my next purchase. More

As we were headed inside to make a deal, she saw a different vehicle and wanted to see that one.....Robert accomodated her and she ended up leasing the 2nd car she was shown.
