We made an appointment the following day to give us time to think. We came back the following day test drove the vehicle . Alejandra has such a friendly personality throughout the test drive and before we began negotiating she and my wife were getting along very well . In the meantime she answered any pertinent questions and even researched something about the vehicle that we wanted to know. She most certainly made a great impression on both of us and helped make the decision to purchase the vehicle much easier. When it came time to negotiate. I made her an offer of what I thought was a fair price; not more, not less. She took the number to her manager who graciously accepted the offer. It was that easy.
