Pleasant Experience I recently bought a used 2013 Subaru Tribeca from Don Mealey Sport Subaru and was very impressed by the sales team's effort to meet my needs for my mo I recently bought a used 2013 Subaru Tribeca from Don Mealey Sport Subaru and was very impressed by the sales team's effort to meet my needs for my monthly payment. David Santiago was extremely helpful and was never a "pushy salesperson". He listened to my needs and we were able to negotiate a fair deal; meanwhile, Jonathan Frisby in the finance department was able to find me a MUCH better interest rate on my auto loan. Jonathan was also very friendly and kept me laughing throughout my appointment with him. Overall, this was a very pleasant car-buying experience that definitely exceeded my expectations. What a wonderful, stress-free experience We have never owned a Subaru. After doing our research and test-driving the Forester at another dealer we knew that we loved the car. We called Sport Subaru and told Trevor what we were looking for. He found our car, brought it to the dealership and now we are the proud owners of our beautiful Subaru! From the moment we walked in and met Trevor we knew that we had made the right decision. He was pleasant, professional and a delight to work with. We never felt pressured and the experience went very smoothly. On the way home we had to make a stop and had a quick question regarding the rear gate. We called him and he never made us feel as though we were bothering him. He also said, "please call me anytime if you have any further questions. My 1st Subaru! After test driving a Subaru BRZ at another unnamed dealership, I was convinced that I wanted one. Unfortunately that dealership did not have the exact After test driving a Subaru BRZ at another unnamed dealership, I was convinced that I wanted one. Unfortunately that dealership did not have the exact model I wanted and they played the back-and-forth game with the so-called manager. I'm not interested in that game! I went home and did some more research and found that Sport Subaru had the model I wanted in stock. (It had just arrived and had 0 miles on it)! I made an inquiry and was promptly contacted by Andrew Kitchens. I described the vehicle I wanted and he said it was in stock. It was a Sunday so I asked him if they had personnel there that day to finalize the sale. He assured me that they could so I hopped in my vehicle and headed out. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted but did not feel like vultures were hovering around me like some dealerships do. I met with Andrew, showed him my trade-in and things just fell into place nicely. This dealership didn't run me around, they gave me an acceptable price for my trade-in, and the time frame given to me for the transaction was accurate throughout the entire process! What a great experience! This dealership and it's staff get it right! I didn't feel like I was being played and there was NO back-and-forth. What a novel concept! I absolutely love my BRZ and have now found a dealership that I won't hesitate to return to in the future! Nicely done Sport Subaru! More
