I felt the price I got on my vehicle was fair and the sales & finance associates I worked with were direc Overall a good experience with Sport Subaru. I felt the price I got on my vehicle was fair and the sales & finance associates I worked with were direct and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and for the most part I always felt like I was the focus of whichever associate I was working with at the time. My only minor complaint is with the process of negotiating on the value of my trade-in, as well the stereotypical process of the sale associate having to go in the back to get a manager's approval and/or counteroffer during the negotiation process. It would be appreciated if the sales associates were empowered to make that part of the purchase quicker and more smooth. More

Excellent shopping experience David Roman was excellent to deal with via email. Most of my negotiations took place that way and all I had to do was show up and pick up the car. Whe David Roman was excellent to deal with via email. Most of my negotiations took place that way and all I had to do was show up and pick up the car. When I arrived Trevor helped me right away and answered all of my questions. He has been responsive to questions after the sale as well. The only negative I would say is the amount of time it took to pick up my car. David thought I could be out in about an hour and so that's what I planned on. However, once I was there, that time was way under. At one point when Trevor thought the finance/sales managers were ready to do my paperwork they all went into a long meeting which I had to wait for. This is neither Trevor or David's fault. Trevor apologized for the delay. All in all it took nearly 3 hours. More

I sent an email inquiry and had a response from David by phone in less than an hour. David was not working on the day that I visited the dealership. No problem. Martin took over from there and took me on a test drive and showed me the features of the vehicle. I purchase the car that day. When I came back to pick up the car with my wife Martin took his time and showed my wife the features and how to use some of the new technology. It was a great experience I will go back for my next to Subaru. More
