A1 Friendly Service I called on Friday and they were able to get me in on an appointment the following day. I am puzzled about something I was told Of course service was fast & I feel all service staff are very nice. At the end of my service I was told my tire had a nail & couldn't be fix however Of course service was fast & I feel all service staff are very nice. At the end of my service I was told my tire had a nail & couldn't be fix however I could order a tire as it wasn't in stock, I was surprised but worried. I asked if the tire was low, no I was told but she said you don't want to drive like that, I went to American tires, I had a sm half nail & it didn't even pierce the tire, I didn't even need a repair. So I guess the moral of this is I am not to trusting of your staff, I would have spent over 200 for something I didn't need, Suzanne More
