Springfield Hyundai was by far the most helpful and efficient. They were certainly persistent, but in a very friendly, non-aggressive way. Keith Sharon was lovely to work with- I never felt like he wasn't being 100% honest with me and he was never pushy or over-confident, which I experinced at other dealers. They also followed up consistently and were clear about options and availability from the start. Highly recommend! More

They kept trying to talk to me about car color when I said to begin with that I didn't care about the color. I needed somehing affordable that my family could all fit into comfortably. I was ready to give up and just wait to buy when someone told me to go to Springfield Hyundai and to see Cheryl. Unfortunately she was very busy but she brought Mike over to help me instead. He was a GOD send. He wasn't pushy or insulting. He didn't assume anything and asked a lot of questions. He actually listened to me.he made car buying a very plesant experience. I don't think that I will ever go to another dealership after this. I'm in a 2015 hyundai Sonata with the sport package and I feel like a rock star!!! Thank you Springfield Hyundai.
