Prices deceiving I normally would not write a review but this needs to be said! The first guy I dealt with "joe" never called back with a price, waited a week. Second I normally would not write a review but this needs to be said! The first guy I dealt with "joe" never called back with a price, waited a week. Second guy "anthony" said the price online was for only people who finance. Wow, okay I asked him to help me over the phone because I do not have 4-5 hours to spend in a dealership. He acted super annoyed and finally asked me my vin number for my trade in which took at least 5 times to repeat it bc he was so over it and not wanting to even go over this. I was so over this dealership at this point. But the lady I spoke to was so sweet and helpful I didn't want to put the whole dealership against these two ignorant salespeople. Then I find out yes the "price" is not the price when they pride themselves on no games, no gimmicks! WRONG!!!!! The Internet price always jumps up $3,000 - 5,000! Buyer beware!!!!! Such a joke. I have a friend that knows the GM and still no discount. This place is more that gimmicks and games than I have ever dealt with! I would rather pay way more than I think I should somewhere else because of this dishonesty! More
Bad Salesman I stood outside and shook hands on a price and salesman said "for sure if it makes your wife happy". I can do the price, even a bit lower for you. he then ran credit report on the deal and then came back saying he made a mistake and the car is only $500 off instead of the $995. It is wrong to tell a customer one thing and run report before telling you a new higher price. Fraud! Beware!!! More

He understands that what your buying is an investment and truly wants to get you into the RIGHT vehicle. The best part is that the days following my purchase I received a phone call from Paul thanking me for the business. That is what stands out most to me. A dealership that is humbled to have you as "part of the family." I love my CPO 2016 Rogue. I'm so glad I chose this dealer and was able to have the BEST sales guy this place has. Rude beyond belief We have leased cars for over 5 years from this dealer. We went to the dealership to trade our vehicle 6 months before it ended. We needed a larger o We have leased cars for over 5 years from this dealer. We went to the dealership to trade our vehicle 6 months before it ended. We needed a larger one for the addition of twins to the family. I made an appointment with Andy to look at minivans. When I arrived, nothing was ready and that was okay because of the excitement of everything. I took the minivan out and returned to discuss our options, he was too busy and had someone else quote some ridiculous number, stared at me for a minute and I left. Never heard from him except for his marketing calls for the last couple of months wanting us to trade for a new Maxima. Today I went to visit him based on a letter he sent stating they would like the Maxima back early due to used car demand. He didn't know what I was talking about and had Mark come tell me I should just keep it. Why was I being pushed off on someone else again? As I walked out of this unprofessional dealership, I noticed Andy eating in a chair in someone's office. The local Honda dealership had already satisfied our need for a new minivan and suggested keeping the Maxima for fun. We have purchased 2 new Honda cars! All because of the service! More
Great customer service and knowledge I was having a problem with my Nissan not starting and I tried everything I could think of. Then I called the service center and spoke to Clint I was I was having a problem with my Nissan not starting and I tried everything I could think of. Then I called the service center and spoke to Clint I was very stressed out and he calmed me down and then told me a trick to try. I went home and tried it and it worked. I can't thank him enough for making my day better. Not only did he help get my car started but he was patient with me on the phone and calmed down when I was a bit frazzled and that alone was very nice to have happen. Even if the trick would not have worked his demeanor on the phone was amazing and I am grateful. Thank you so much for everything. The small things do matter. More
