The sales associate did a nice job running me through all the functions and buttons of my new vehicle. Also helped me get my phone synched to the truck. This was done remotely. The first time I was at the dealership was to pick up the vehicle. Removing 1 star because I asked specifically to have my wife added to the title, which they did, but failed to reinforce to me that she had to be present to sign the paperwork. I guess I should have known this, but I've purchased houses through remote signatures, why not a car? More
