We are extremely pleased with our experience purchasing a 2021 RAV4. Even though the time from ordering to delivery was a little over 3 months, it was well worth the wait! We love our new RAV4! Our salesm 2021 RAV4. Even though the time from ordering to delivery was a little over 3 months, it was well worth the wait! We love our new RAV4! Our salesman, Rick Knettel was the best! We had not purchased a new car for quite some time and he walked us through every step of the way. He kept us informed of the production date and delivery date. When the RAV4 arrived, he spent as much time as was needed to educate us and explain the many vehicle features. We felt confident being able to drive away from the dealership knowing that we were welcome stop back anytime with any questions.
