Usually my service is fantastic, but there is something wrong with your software applications. When I scheduled my appointment I indicated an oil change and tires. When I dropped off my keys on the drop off box form I indicated an oil change and tires, but when the service representative called me he wanted to let me know I really should have an oil change....which is one of the reasons I scheduled the appointment. I have a car with St. Cloud Toyota, as well as my husband and my son. Whenever we book an appointment, it is rare the right person in our family is contacted about our vehicle in the shop. Sometimes my son in Duluth is notified when my car is done, for my husband, I am notified and this time for my car in the service area, my husband was receiving a phone call from Dan. Its very frustrating. When I called on Tuesday to check on my car, my main service person was off that day, which is fine, but the service person I was talking to could not get into my account because it was locked as my account was open by my regular service person. Later in the day, a service person kept trying to contact my husband about my car, when my husband finally had time to forward me the voicemail message from the Toyota service person and I tried to call him back, that person had already gone home and no other service person could really tell me if my car was ready or not. So hoping you can improve your software applications in the future as this was a big comedy of errors for me this time. The people are great, just not the technology. Thank you. More

I shopped around for a week looking for a highly recommended detailer but they are few locally. I wanted my wife’s car to appear as new as possible and realized that a local car dealer would do a re recommended detailer but they are few locally. I wanted my wife’s car to appear as new as possible and realized that a local car dealer would do a resale detailing better than anyone else and St Cloud Toyota was only five minutes away. It was very pricey but worth it (except the passenger side windshield is smeared badly), The lady of the house is ecstatic over the look of her “new” car! More

Air filter not changed due to not having one in stock and lettin I would recommend this dealership. However! Took vehicle in for service/oil change. Air filter not changed due to not having one in stock and letting me know it would be and extra 30 minute wait before they did have one. This was after they had the vehicle sitting outside already. Nice to see the seat and floor covering being used, but why weren't they disposed of before I got to the vehicle? Excessive wait time for a simple oil change. I like this dealer and service dept. but, no air filter, excessive wait time for an oil change, and something as simple as taking the paper and plastic seat/floor/steering wheel/shifter covers off at the completion of the job has me thinking a different service department may be appropriate. I feel like this was a rush job to get me out of their hair at the end of the day. little concern about pricing also, previous visit was around $65, this time $90. ?? More
