Knew what we wanted so Todd did little to assist with choice. He pointed out the obvious but didn't really seem to know the vehicle we ordered. Not willing to finance and pay interest for this...thanks Toyota for supporting the military. Then we had to come back the next day to sign all the papers because they couldn't get their act together, even after we told them we were on a time crunch. Never contacted me back about how my truck was handled while in the shop for service. I had a good encounter with Todd for a sales person. He was easy going and not pushy like some I've encountered. The downside was when I received the key to my new truck and only 1 key.
