My experience was initially a little less than satisfactory. I had trouble getting quick requests for information/offers, some internet information on certain vehicles was incorrect. We felt rushe satisfactory. I had trouble getting quick requests for information/offers, some internet information on certain vehicles was incorrect. We felt rushed by finance to get through paperwork. The salesman promised car mats that were supposed to be on the car. I expected a much more smooth buying process. BUT, to their credit, they reached out to understand the frustration and produced actions to back up their words and their brand. I would rate the buying process a 3 Star but raised the entire process to 4 Star as they made it right after the buying. The issues were resolved and we are happy owners of a new RAV4. I will definitely come back for our next vehicle. More
