We were disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the transaction. Once we agreed on the sale it took an additional 4 hours to finalize the paperwork. We arrived at the dealership at 11:30 a.m. and didn't leave with the vehicle until 6:45 p.m.. There was fragmented communication between sales & finance depts. Todd was very friendly, as was Rob when assisting with phone pairing. Marc in finance was short with explanations and appeared to be rushed. He had the wrong vehicle on 2 of the forms. When pointed this out to him, he did not correct. We love the vehicle and again, Todd in sales was wonderful. More
