Understanding the way the high demand/low inventory Toyota car market continues to be, we knew we would be in for a bit of a wait for a new vehicle, which wasn't a problem for us. service advisor was very kind and courteous. how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and repla how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and replaced, the parts department many times were rude when I asked for an eta on the part. when my service advisor had the wrong part, he went the extra mile and some how got the correct part and replaced the same day.
