The last 4 times we've brought our trucks in with an appointment, it has taken 1-1/2 to 3hrs to do a oil change and tire rotation. I can perform the same service in my garage in about 45min, without a appointment, it has taken 1-1/2 to 3hrs to do a oil change and tire rotation. The time I have to take off work to bring it in, costs me about $150 on average. More

When we first talked the internet sales guy we specifically said no high pressure sales. Better than Ford, but ya just cant help it. The one thing I found really disturbing was that we did not know anything about the additional warranty services offered until dealing with finance and the final paperwork. We had always assumed that extended warrenty options would be made available at a later date. Those options should have been discussed prior so we weren't forced to make a decision at the last minute. More
