Frustrated. I called to see if there was a micro chip in my key. They said yes. (I live an hour away & didn't want to waste my time driving all they way to a dealership if I didn'tneed to). Made an appointm my key. They said yes. (I live an hour away & didn't want to waste my time driving all they way to a dealership if I didn'tneed to). Made an appointment to get a spare key made. There wasn't a chip in my key (wasted 2 hours of drive time). The first key made didn't work. Took 90 minutes waiting in the lobby to get a key made that worked. More
