I brought my prius into Carlson Toyota for oil change and I had a check engine light on. I haven't had a check engine light before so I was concerned. I had a 10:30 appointment and arrived on time. I sat there for and hour and a half watching other customers arrive and leave. Finally, when I was the only one left in the waiting room, my paperwork wa there for and hour and a half watching other customers arrive and leave. Finally, when I was the only one left in the waiting room, my paperwork was processed. By the time I got to my car nearly two hours were spent on an oil change and tire rotation. The least you could do is keep the customer informed as to why the delay is happening. More
