About the only thing that was a positive was the service tech Marvin who was in a difficult position that I can appreciate dealing with the customer and the service folks that actually worked on the car. He tried to work with me while the oil change and tire rotation lasted 2 hours, and the necessity that I return the following day to have the wipers replaced. Kudos to Marvin. More
