She doesn’t like to make a fuss but I got up and asked what the progress was. Turns out they forgot to write up the work order. 15 minutes later it was done. This visit went much better. Done in an hour. Now if they had just reinstalled the glove box after checking the cabin filter, it would have been a 5 star experience! More
