I brought my sequoia in because I had a bad tire sensor and a tire that was leaking air. I was told all 4 sensors are “going” bad after being previously told which sponsor was throwing the bad signal. And and a tire that was leaking air. Great Service- Above and Beyond Expectations I want to acknowledge Dan Pope as a great Service Consultant. He coordinated above and beyond meeting my expectation of a routine oil change and inspe I want to acknowledge Dan Pope as a great Service Consultant. He coordinated above and beyond meeting my expectation of a routine oil change and inspection. I wanted to have my brakes reviewed, but I just installed new snow tires and I didn't need to have the tires rotated. He saw to it that my brakes were analyzed even though a tire rotation wasn't necessary. Also, he was very friendly, welcoming, and engaging the minute I hit the garage.
