Makayla helped me to find what available options I had (2019 vs 2020 models) in the Tacoma I was looking to buy. She was able to take me on a test drive in a 2020 Tacoma that had almost everything I was looking for (they did not have a manual transmission with leather interior on site). She discussed many of the features and options I could choose from and together we were able to find the Tacoma that I wanted. She was personable and talked with me about everyday things as well as about the truck. I never felt pressured to get into something I wasn't looking to get. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Makayla and St. Cloud Toyota sales to anyone. More

Black Friday Deal It was a long day Friday. I worked with Jeff (my neighbor recommended) and Jon on my deal. First of all the place was busy and the time we were not ab It was a long day Friday. Left around 4 and when I got home Jon had called me around 7 pm with another option to lease which fit my budget. Jon told me that Jeff had gone home for the day and if we wanted to finalize the deal he would call him to come back in. It's dark, bad weather and I did not want to make Jeff come back in. I told Jon I wanted to see the vehicle (that I had not seen yet) during the day. Jeff called on Saturday (another bad weather day) with figures. I had a chance to clean out my trade and I came in to view the truck (loved it!) signed the papers and two hours later I was on my way home but without the gift card offer on Black Friday. It was explained to me the deal had to be done Friday. Deal breaker? Obviously not because I drove away with a new Tacoma but a verbal deal was done on Friday and finalized less than 18 hours later with out the gift card. I figure if I would of drove back Friday to sign a piece of paper and ultimately the key exchange would of happened at the same time Saturday. I would love to hear from the owner or as call him the Grinch (LOL). I was going to use that money for an auto-start for the Tacoma and a new set of times for my Sorento. To summarize, All the staff I worked with, especially Jeff, were awesome!!!! More

Car came back to me in good working order, they picked me up and dropped me off too and the staff there was outstanding. 1/2 star losing gripes - but they don't do half stars so I took a whole one off: The scheduling department informed me the whole repair for the airbag + oil change was about an hour and half two weeks before appointment. When I got there they moved the estimate to three hours - this recall had been out for more than 6 months - scheduling should have been able to inform me of that. They also did not reset my dash "oil change needed" light. More
